Your Role
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, candidate availability, and effective hiring approaches
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing
- Proactively building talent pipelines through research, networking, and direct sourcing
- Leveraging recruiting technologies and data to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Facilitating structured hiring processes that promote fairness, diversity, and quality of hire
- Delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring teams at every stage
- Leading or contributing to hiring strategy discussions for critical roles
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of hiring for technical and/or specialist roles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a consultative approach
- Confidence in negotiating offers and closing candidates
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality
- Curiosity about talent markets and emerging sourcing techniques
- Comfort adopting new technologies and using them to enhance outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
